We are a small virtual team that is very involved in our clients’ businesses.   We can help you with everything from social media, copy writing,  web design and e-commerce to basic customer service.   Very often, our clients are just starting to market their services online.  That’s OK.  Everyone has to start somewhere. We’ll help you get started,  fine tune your message, get your marketing systems in gear so you can SHINE!

Online Marketing Strategy Map

This is for entrepreneurs at the very beginning and who are willing  to “do it yourself”  but need someone to point me in the right direction…”

Launching a teleseminar, group coaching class or membership site is not rocket science…which means you don’t need to pay someone lots of money to do it for you.  I can talk you though the clear step by step plan to complete your project – using your tools and systems (and if you don’t have systems – I can recommend some that fit your needs and budget).

We’ll start with a marketing strategy session so I can learn your business.  We’ll talk about your goals, your target audience, your “secret sauce”, and we’ll come up with a basic marketing strategy to help you get your message out to your ideal clients.

But, this is more than just working on your copy and getting your marketing strategy straight.  The Launch Ladies believe that there is often a gap between strategy and implementation – and we don’t want to  leave you with some GREAT ideas and no idea how to implement them.

So, step 2 is a technical online marketing map that shows you step by step what you need to do launch your dream.  We’ll customize your step by step map to your goals and your tools (your shopping cart, your e-mail system, etc.)  For example, if you use 1Shopping Cart, your map will contain screen shots from 1Shopping Cart

Not sure what you need?  Infusionsoft? Paypal?  OptimizePress? WordPress? We can save you thousands of dollars and a whole lot of heartache and wasted time by helping you come up with a custom set of online marketing tools.

This is our most popular option for people who are just getting started in their online marketing.  By the way, I think it is important to at least learn the technical basics, so that when your business is up and running, you’ll be able to hand tasks off with confidence (without being held hostage to an expensive web designer or coach).

The whole process takes about 4 hours.  Two hours of consultation with you and then another two hours of work behind the scenes  – creating your plan for you.

Online Marketing Map+ Partnership

For the entrepreneur who needs a map – and then needs to talk with someone on a regular basis to make sure it gets done.

At this point, you have more time than money – but you don’t want to get lost in the online forest and don’t want to go it completely alone.   This program includes everything in the online marketing map plus support from me as your online marketing partner.  Maybe you’ve tried to set up your opt-in page or your website… you get it almost done – but then, you get stuck .  You start to write an e-mail to your audience – but you just don’t know exactly what to say.  How much time would you have saved if you could just e-mail someone and get an answer to your question?

As your helpful guide, We will provide the map, meet with you weekly by phone (or Skype)  to answer your questions while we launch your product together.    This partnership is also about Accountability – I’ll be by your side to make sure things get done.  This package also includes unlimited support via e-mail.

This option is great if you need accountability and want to have someone to answer your questions as you go along. This is also an excellent option for people who have a virtual assistant already – but just need some extra technical support.

The Full Service Partnership

You want to be creating content and forming alliances – not writing autoresponders or tinkering with your website  The full service partnership is for someone who wants it done for them.

You are a smart cookie and realize that  your individual brilliance is NOT geeking out with WordPress, OptimizePress and InfusionSoft or writing effective sales and e-mail copy.   I partner with a select few clients to design and implement their online marketing strategies.  The full service partnership can be for a single project or an ongoing relationship.  We will design a strategy and then the Launch Ladies  team will get the work done for you.
